Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
6 to 8 slices baby Swiss cheese
1/2 pound shaved ham
6 to 8 brat buns or other nice buns
In a small bowl, mix the first three ingredients. Spread the mix on both size of buns.
Assemble buns with ham and cheese. Wrap each buns in foil. Heat 1 hour in a 200 °F. oven.
Yield: 6 to 8 sandwiches
